A: For ongoing work, i.e., work that you want us to do every month for many months or years, our minimum is 80 hours of work per month.
For ad hoc, periodic, or one-time projects, our minimum is 100 hours of work.
Q: How quickly can we get started with ExDigita?
A: In many cases, we can begin within days. After an initial discussion to understand your requirements and agreement on deliverables and cost, we can assign virtual staff and start soon if we have available people with the necessary expertise for your project. The things that often take the most time are:
1) clients preparing process documents and platform access, and
2) getting a Work Order or Service Agreement and a Mutual NDA signed.
